Hey everyone!
My name is Steph Nicols and I’m from Rumford, ME. Prior to SLU, I went to Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. At Gould, I competed on the nordic ski team, ran cross country, and was on the cycling team in the Spring. This past summer I was able to go on some super fun adventures and spend lots of time outside. I went on many wonderful hikes through the White Mountains, spent some time on my road and mountain bikes, and got lots of trail running in.
My first month at SLU has been a great experience and it’s been super fun to train with a great group of girls. Fall has been flying by and winter will be here before we know it!
