The combination of warmer weather, lots of rainfall and crazy Adirondack snowmelt has left the rivers and lakes in New York flooding, raging and churning. Yesterday Ben, George and I set out to do some mountain biking at Seven Springs, but we stopped first to take some pictures of the massive rapids on the Raquette River in Colton. We ended up spending a few hours there just taking pictures and making a little video to show the cool trails along the river. We usually do longer trail runs here in the fall, but the water definitely makes it a cool spring visit.
