First Summer Sunset 5K run

The first Summer Sunset 5K(plus a little more) was yesterday evening. I thought I would be able to run a little faster than I did 19:25, last year I ran 19:03 at the first one, although I think it was considerably hotter yesterday. It was a great turnout, about 150? people in attendance maybe 70 or 80 in the race. Seems like everyone was about 30secs off what they wanted to run. Planning on a mountain bike ride this afternoon with Kevin Emblidge '06 who is up here through the summer continuing to take classes toward his Masters in Education.
