Congraduations to all the graduates.
Though I didn't end up hiking the Adirondaks as planned, I am finally home for the
summer. It sure doesn't seem much like summer here though. The U.S. ski team is in town
so Mt. Bachelor is grooming Nordic trails. I have taken this opportunity to get some late
season snowy skate skiing in. I have been skiing at 6,000ft of elevation in the morning,
talk about tough to control your heart rate, and dry land training at 3,500ft in the
afternoon in shorts and a t-shirt.
I look forward to hearing more about the adventures of the summer and good luck in your
races.
